Our Comments:

Curry has a number of definitions. The first thing that typically comes to mind is that it is a spice and it is used to season dishes that come from Indian or South Asia (like Thai cooking). A lot of people know curry as the actual dish. We've generally adhered to the former definition and because it was a spice, we wouldn't have made any effort to separate out the dishes from the spice.
