Our Comments:

Gazpacho is a soup made from tomatoes and cucumber and bunches of other neat stuff and is served cold.

While we have a specific category for Cold Soup Recipes on our Just Soup Recipes site, we don't have anything specific for gazpacho.

And when we listed recipes for 'gazpacho', the list was a lot more extensive than we thought, and certainly too long to list here.

Another piece of work for our 'to do' list.
