The article is started with a definition of the word hamburger:

"A hamburger (or burger) is a sandwich consisting of a cooked patty of ground meat, usually beef, placed in an open bun or between two slices of bread. Hamburgers are often served with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, or cheese and condiments such as mustard, mayonnaise, and ketchup."

While this is one definition of the word 'hamburger', a lot of people still use the word to describe "ground meat". (Which is a whole other kettle of fish.)

So, while we'd like to definitively say that we've picked the right one, the query is really to vague for us to answer.
