If you have a potassium problem, then you should know what foods you shouldn't eat. (Cabbage is a low potassium food, as is cucumber, lettuce, green beans, apples, mushrooms, plums and canned peaches to name a few.) Which means you're going to have to either get a specialty cookbook from Amazon, or read each one of our recipes yourself.
