Our Comments:

We don't include any electrolyte analysis (or any other analysis for that matter) in our recipes, mainly because the chance of error on our part is so high. And looking at every one of our recipes and determining the electrolyte value simply isn't viable.

If you have a sodium problem, then you should know what foods you shouldn't eat. (All vegetables are low sodium food.) Which means you're going to have to either get a specialty cookbook from Amazon, or read each one of our recipes yourself.
